Made from aircraft-grade alloy aluminum panels sandwiching thick PC polymers arranged in strong honeycomb structure for maximum protection, with an even weight distribution capacity of up to 500 LB. Cover is supported by heavy-duty aluminum frames, and the hardware provided is made out of tough glass-filled nylon structures and stainless steel for great durability. FEATURES - Unit is pre-assembled with unique quick-release clamping system for easy no-drilling installation while offering maximum security against theft; and also providing a weather tight seal to protect your cargo from moisture and dirt. INSTALLATION - Bed side rails and cargo racks will need to be removed for installation. | NOTE: Small holes will need to be cut in the bedliner for vehicles equipped with over-the-bedrail bedliner to secure the clamps for proper cover installation; cover will work with under-the-bedrail bedliner without modification.
