This kit comes with everything you need to connect 2 sump pumps together to a single discharge line. All you'll need for the process is a standard screwdriver. Install your pumps in a fraction of the time. IDEAL SAFEGUARD SYSTEM: A flooded basement can cost thousands of dollars in damages. The best way to protect yourself from this kind of disaster is with a backup sump pump. This dual water pump installation kit makes it easier for you to install a backup system to avoid what could potentially be a major inconvenience. HASSLE-FREE SET UP: There's no cutting or gluing required during installation with this dual pump backup installer kit. Everything you need to connect a back up sump pump is in the box. There’s no need to purchase a PVC pipe, elbows, couplings and cement. Say goodbye to messy, laborious installations! WHAT'S IN THE BOX: This kit contains a Y-Connector, Two (2) 1-1/2" Threaded Silent Check Valves, Stainless Steel Clamps and Buna-N Rubber Couplings. The only thing you'll need to put everything together is a standard screwdriver. This kit is compatible with all pumps that have a standard 1-1/2" NPT pump discharge/output. HOW TO INSTALL: Simply screw the check valves into both pumps, drop the Y-connector into the check valve boots, attach the rubber boot to the top of the Y-connector and then to your existing discharge line. Tighten all the stainless steel clamps with a screwdriver and you’re done. It's that easy!
